Welcome to Avrio. Our upside down house was built in 2012 and designed to take advantage of the uninterrupted sea views from the garden and 1st floor terrace.

Large open plan lounge with vaulted ceiling leading onto full width terrace with sea views. Sofa and king size sofabed. Dining table (seats eight). Wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen with range style cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator and wine cooler. French doors lead to a small balcony with views over the village and surrounding hills. Separate W.C.
Outside
Rear paved garden with sunbeds & parasols. BBQ and dining facilities. Gates with direct access to the beach. Garden and parking to the front with room for two cars.
