The villa was perfectly located for a relaxing and peaceful 2 week holiday. To open the shutters to the glistening sea was wonderful. The sea was clear and warm - the rubber sea shoes are essential as it is pebbly. The beautiful spacious villa provided everything for a very comfortable and homely stay. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening and watching the water taxis arrive from other bays. The 3 restaurants are all excellent. Plenty of shops to choose from for food supplies. We would highly recommend the villa and the area. Sue was so helpful with any queries and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful villa in the heart of Kalami. No photos can do justice to how lovely it is. There are so many little touches that make the place home, there are even beach shoes you can use. We went in August and it was sooo hot but the villa has wonderful air conditioning in the bedrooms. The Kitchen is well equipped for preparing any meals but if you don't want to then the choice of restaurants is plenty and some you can even get a boat taxi to and we did. The outdoor BBQ was put to excellent use. Location, well, you could not get closer to the sea! I'm not a swimmer but the water is so enticing. We spent our days watching super yachts, I think its my favourite pastime in this peaceful village.

The perfect villa with the perfect view and the perfect location makes for the perfect holiday. You can't get closer to the sea if you wanted. Open the garden gate, four steps across the pebble beach and dive in. Most relaxing holiday in years. No driving required - walk to the shops, beach tavernas and adjacent bays. A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth

We have stayed in Kalami many times, but this is our first stay in Avrio, the location is on the beach, fantastic, the views from the balcony are breath taking, breakfast over looking the bay is to be savoured. The location and the facilities in the house are second to none. The property was spotless,the layout of the house was excellent with the bedrooms downstairs, all open plan upstairs making the most of the views. Kalami is a bay to stay if you want a relaxing holiday, I would say Avrio is the best place to stay in Kalami. Big thank you to Sue and family for sharing their beautiful house.

That's More Like It

I've been holidaying in Kalami for many years now but have always been critical of the standard of self-catering accommodation available. While Avrio is one of the more expensive villas sited on the beach front it is beautifully laid out, very well appointed, and I have already booked for a return visit next year. It is a particular pleasure for me to arrive to a spotlessly clean kitchen and bathroom and to find clean fresh linen on the beds.

Simply Stunning

Stunning home from home comforts - quality furnishings and linens, well equipped kitchen, fabulous outside area with plenty of loungers and good bar-be-cue, great decking and entertaining area with the best view in Kalami! We've had many villa holidays and Avrio ranks in the top three villas. We definitely will return and recommend to others. The absence of a pool is balanced by the beautiful sea - warm and calm. Can't wait to return!!

Avrio is the best villa on the beach. It had everything we wanted for our family holiday, beautiful views, great location, first class facilities. Utterly Fabulous

Villa is positioned perfectly on Kalami beach with spectacular views. Very well equipped & extremely comfortable. The upstairs balcony is an absolute delight &its very easy to while hours away watching the boats. We have already booked for next year & can't wait.

Beautiful Villa in a Stunning Location

Such a fantastic location in the middle of charming Kalami village with small friendly shops lovely tavernas and right on the beach. The villa is modern with a great layout and superb balcony. Avrio is child friendly, we had two young children who had a great time in the villa, on the beach and in the warm safe sea. Plenty to do locally including boat hire and easy walks to nearby bays.
